Maine is in the rear view mirror when you cross this bridge.

The Piscataqua River Bridge connects Kittery, Maine to Portsmouth, New Hampshire on I-95. Three lanes in each direction. One hundred and thirty-four feet above the water; and crazy east coast drivers race like bees under your front bumper.

Jen snapped this shot from the cab of the Tacoma last week as we started our summer trip back to the midwest.

It’ll be 24 hours on the road to Iowa City and then another five to the beautiful shores of Lake Como.

Can’t wait to see all our friends and family in the windshield soon.
